Detailed Description From Employer:

6-month assignment initially

  • Position: Interim Finance Director
  • Location: Bristol (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
  • Start Date: May/June 2025
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Handover: Current Interim FD available until May 25 (4-week handover period)
Role Purpose:This position is to cover a period while the company recruits a permanent member of staff. The role also involves providing support and advice on financial restructuring. Key responsibilities include supporting the audit process, managing the fall out of March year-end, and addressing any subsequent issues.

Reporting to: CFOTeam Management: Managing a team of 4 in finance (1 direct report)

Requirements:
