Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Significant experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader in large-scale organisations (Defence & Security sector desirable)
- Proven track record of leading transformation, restructuring, or process improvement
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, and leadership skills
- Advanced ERP and financial systems knowledge
