Summary: The Interim Finance, Commercial & Investor Relations Director will oversee the financial management and delivery of a significant capital investment construction project. This role involves managing investor relations, commercial relationships, and financial reporting while collaborating with the leadership team to establish a new finance team. The director will also prepare performance reports and lead discussions on financial matters to ensure project success. The position requires a qualified accountant with experience in large-scale capital investments and executive-level collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly financial reporting for Capital Investment.
• Manage commercial relationships with external contractors.
• Oversee Investor Relations related to the project.
• Provide timely reports to Executives and the Board linking performance with investment.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the Executive Committee and Investment Sub-committees.
• Deliver a 5-year Financial Plan for the program.
• Lead finance discussions on Commercial, Contractual, and Investment matters.
• Collaborate with business units for accurate and timely forecasts.
• Ensure project investments are recorded according to budget guidelines.
• Track progress towards Operational and Capital Efficiency targets.
• Improve Procurement Control through finance efforts.
• Own the Risk Management process and oversee Financial Inputs for investment decisions.

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
• Experience in a regulated and/or infrastructure-based business.
• Large-scale capital investment experience.
• Experience partnering at the Executive Level.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a complex matrix structure.
• High levels of Commercial Acumen.
