Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on agreements for procurement of goods and services, including IT contracts and research collaborations.
- Providing day-to-day legal advisory to internal stakeholders on complex legal matters.
- Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, including scientific clients and service teams.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes.
- Traveling to Heidelberg, Germany, as needed for alignment with the Legal Services team.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant post-qualification experience.
