Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Lead transformative initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Implement financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and oversee integration strategies for acquisitions.
  • Partner with the Group CEO to assess and design execution strategies for growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performance finance and operations team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Skills:

  • ACA/ACMA/ACCA qualified with at least 20 years post-qualification experience.
  • Substantial interim senior financial leadership experience in high-growth, service-oriented industries.
  • Proven track record of C-level leadership with significant board-level exposure.
  • Expertise in overseeing the full finance function in an interim capacity.
  • Strong experience in mergers, acquisitions, and capital structuring.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Dynamic leadership style with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
