Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of month-end results, including balance sheet control and P&L analysis.
• Lead product area result production and provide analysis and review support to finance business partners.
• Support and mentor Assistant Management Accountants in their development and studies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with Finance Managers to design and implement enhancements.
• Produce high-quality management accounts and insights into business performance.

Key Skills:

• Chartered accountancy qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
