Summary: The role of Interim Business Analyst involves supporting a Midlands-based local government client on regulatory change projects. The position requires collaboration with the Programme team to extract and analyze data from SMEs and operational teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site each week, and offers a competitive daily rate. The position is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Programme team to extract information from SMEs and operational teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on-time, and in line with business objectives.
  • Define integration and data requirements across complex platforms and interconnected ecosystem tools.
  • Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to align target operating model (TOM) design with platform delivery objectives.
  • Define business requirements and provide detailed business process analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
  • Conduct complex business analysis activities across multiple projects and cross-functional areas.
  • Adapt to and work in ambiguous, complex change environments.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Utilize business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid process mapping skills.
  • Experience working on regulatory change projects, ideally in financial or professional services.

Interim Business Analyst £400 - £450 per day (Outside IR35) Midlands Hybrid (2 days per week on-site) IGA Talent Solutions have partnered with a Midlands based local government client to support them in finding an Interim Business Analyst to support on several regulatory change projects. Experience working on regulatory change projects, ideally in financial or professional services, pensions etc. Define integration and data requirements across complex platforms and interconnected ecosystem tools. Ability to define business requirements and provide detailed business process analysis, gap analysis and impact assessments.
