Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an R&D Manager to join our growing business based at our Head Office in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

This is a pivotal leadership role within our Product Management team, responsible for driving innovation, managing product development activity, and delivering commercially viable products and services to market. You will lead our R&D and Product Development teams, champion innovation across the business, and play a key role in shaping Micronclean’s future growth.

The Role

As R&D Manager, you will take ownership of Micronclean’s R&D and Product Development function, overseeing projects from concept through to delivery.

You will work collaboratively across departments, support strategic decision-making, and build strong internal and external relationships to identify opportunities and ensure successful project outcomes.
