Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to support financial management and decision-making.
• Monitoring spend against budget and updating forecasts.
• Providing guidance on financial plans.
• Running the month-end process, including preparation of management accounts with analysis and commentaries.
• Preparing and reviewing business cases for ongoing projects.

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA).
• Experience as a management accountant or finance business partner, preferably in the Public Sector.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills for navigating and manipulating large data sets.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills outside of finance.
