Summary: The Integration Project Manager for Oracle HCM Cloud will oversee integration activities within the Integration Workstream, collaborating with various stakeholders including HR, IT, and third-party providers. This role requires managing documentation, tracking progress against milestones, and supporting deliverable reviews. The position is based in Reading and is a 6-month contract classified as inside IR35. The daily rate ranges from £600 to £670.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with integration teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations with version control.
- Support reporting, deliverable reviews, and risk assurance with the Integration Delivery Lead.
- Track integration progress against HCM milestones and contribute to delivery planning.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR core functions and processes.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally in corporate shared services.
- 5+ years with Oracle HCM SaaS; Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) preferred.
- Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
- Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.
- Proficiency in MSP Professional/Online, PowerBI, and O365 (SharePoint).

As Integration Delivery Manager , you will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and work within the Integration Workstream. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, SI Partners, and third-party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment, and transition support activities.
