Summary: The role of Business Analyst (Insurance) involves supporting large-scale integration and transformation initiatives within the insurance sector, specifically focusing on Personal Lines and Claims. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BA support across core insurance processes and change initiatives in Claims & Personal Lines.
- Conduct analysis for upgrades/migrations related to Guidewire (Cloud).
- Define use-cases and requirements for decision-making in Claims using GenAI.
- Assist in migrating DLG data to Snowflake and streamline data pipelines.
- Engage in Big Data programmes related to Personal Lines and Claims data.
- Map processes and identify synergies in Pricing initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Proven background in General Insurance.
- Strong BA toolkit including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud, Claims, Personal Lines, Snowflake/data engineering, and GenAI in Claims.
- Ability to translate complex data topics for business stakeholders.
- Experience working on integration programmes post-acquisition.

We're hiring experienced Business Analysts to support large-scale integration and transformation across Personal Lines and Claims. You'll work with cross-functional teams to map processes, shape data and technology change, and ensure delivery lands cleanly into the business.
Workstreams:
- Claims & Personal Lines: BA support across core insurance processes and change initiatives.
- Guidewire (Cloud): Analysis for upgrades/migrations; experience here is a strong plus.
- GenAI - Next Best Action: Define use-cases and requirements for decisioning in Claims.
- Data Automation (Snowflake): Help migrate DLG data to Snowflake and streamline pipelines.
- Big Data programmes: Personal Lines data, Claims data and PPUD initiatives.
- Pricing: Process mapping; identifying synergies, systems thinking & mapping.
What you'll bring
- Proven Insurance background (General Insurance essential).
- Strong BA toolkit: requirements, gap analysis, AS-IS/TO-BE, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, user stories/acceptance criteria.
- Experience in one or more of: Guidewire Cloud, Claims, Personal Lines, Snowflake/data engineering, GenAI in Claims, Pricing change.
- Curiosity for data science in the Claims space and the ability to translate complex data topics for business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working on integration programmes post-acquisition.
