- Shadow Engineering Technicians to attain SVQ Level 3(s) in assigned engineering disciplines.
- Assist with engineering planned maintenance and breakdown activities, including diagnostics and problem-solving.
- Develop core engineering skills and knowledge of engineering processes and equipment.
