Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dedicated account administration and working in partnership with account managers/sales personnel.
• Assist in project management to ensure deadlines are met and oversee site/customer setup.
• Manage invoicing, including raising invoices and setting up auto charges for accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer needs and follow up on service calls.
• Handle customer complaints from receipt to resolution and serve as the primary contact for queries.
• Conduct KPI reporting and attend quarterly review meetings with account managers.
• Complete various administrative duties as required, ensuring adherence to SLA/KPI standards.

Key Skills:

• PC literate with proficiency in Word and Excel, and capable of using in-house systems.
