Summary: The Innovation Business Developer at LCL will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformations and innovation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and modernize banking services by 2030. This position involves supporting the General Management in strategic reflections, organizing workshops, and ensuring competitive and technological monitoring. The role also includes developing innovative solutions and fostering open innovation to meet the needs of various business units. The successful candidate will contribute to building a profitable innovation center within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Management on strategic reflections and innovation.
  • Organize prospective workshops to inform strategic orientations for 2030.
  • Conduct competitive, economic, technological, and regulatory monitoring.
  • Adapt the strategic vision for LCL, focusing on open innovation.
  • Assist business units in identifying innovative solutions for priority challenges.
  • Develop and animate a learning community for strategic and competitive monitoring.
  • Commercially develop the "innovation service offer" across all markets and entities.
  • Participate in building an intrapreneurship program in synergy with the Impact and Transition Direction.
  • Research and implement distinctive solutions in open innovation.
  • Organize and structure an innovation event network aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage a communication plan for the innovation pole in collaboration with the communication department.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum education level: Bac + 5 / M2 or higher.
  • Experience: 6 - 10 years, with at least 8 years in innovation structures or startups.
  • Expertise in innovation strategy, market monitoring, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of data/AI topics.
  • Proven business development skills with tangible results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management and data analysis proficiency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
