Summary: The Infrastructure Engineer role focuses on providing advanced support for Active Directory within a globally regulated environment. The position involves both day-to-day administration and project work, emphasizing security measures and collaboration with global service teams. The engineer will also support Windows Server and VMware, ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure. This role is critical for maintaining and enhancing the organization's cyber protection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd/4th line technical support for Active Directory, Windows Server, and related infrastructure services.
- Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration, including Group Policy, user group management, and incident resolution.
- Support Active Directory security measures such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and MFA.
- Assist in infrastructure-related design and architecture work, particularly around AD and platform services.
- Collaborate with service teams locally and globally to deliver business solutions and service onboarding.
- Maintain and build Windows Servers, support VMware, and assist with Citrix environments.
- Support backup and restore processes and overall platform integrity.
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in Active Directory administration and security.
- Experience with Windows Server and VMware.
