Summary: The Infrastructure Business Analyst role focuses on facilitating the migration and integration of M365 platforms following recent mergers and acquisitions within a leading tech organization in London. This hybrid position requires the analyst to work on-site two days a week while managing stakeholder expectations and technical requirements. A strong background in infrastructure projects, particularly in Windows and cloud solutions, is essential for success in this role. The position is classified as outside IR35, indicating a favorable contracting arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Infrastructure Architects and hands-on Infrastructure teams for M365 platform migrations.
- Define requirements for moving existing systems to new company infrastructures, including Windows, M365, O365, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and document processes related to infrastructure changes.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements for infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical knowledge and support for networking, permissions, and policies.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Windows/M365/O365 migrations, mergers, and demergers.
- Solid understanding of permission management across various platforms (Email, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Experience with Azure and both physical and virtual servers.
- Ability to create process flows and documentation for infrastructure projects.
- General technical knowledge of infrastructure systems.
