Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to detect and resolve defects.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, document results, and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for change management processes and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies related to change and quality management.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess change effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to provide updates on change initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  • Offer training and support to colleagues on best practices in change management and quality assurance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in change management and quality assurance within an IT environment.
  • Strong background in managing change requests and executing quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with change management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
