Key Responsibilities:
- New starter and leaver processing (account creation, access setup)
- Installing RAM and SSDs in laptops for Windows 11 compatibility
- Providing 1st line IT support (onsite and remote)
- Logging and resolving tickets
- User account management in Active Directory
Key Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a service desk or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD)
- Comfortable with hands-on hardware upgrades
