Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of Coupa, a cloud-based procurement platform, at a global pharmaceutical company. The role demands expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment and user adoption. The candidate will be responsible for developing program plans, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing system integration. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for Coupa implementation, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from procurement, finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Coupa implementation consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, and configuration to ensure seamless functionality.
- Lead change management efforts, including training programs and user adoption strategies for Coupa across teams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues throughout the program lifecycle.
- Conduct post-implementation evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Program Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement platforms, including implementation processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on planning, organization, and execution.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Coupa.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
