Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of Coupa, a leading cloud-based procurement and spend management platform, at a global pharmaceutical company. This role requires expertise in project management, procurement systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Coupa across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for Coupa implementation, including timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from procurement, finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Coupa implementation consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee system integration, data migration, and configuration to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Lead change management efforts, including training programs and user adoption strategies for Coupa across teams.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an IT Program Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement platforms, including implementation processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on planning, organization, and execution.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Coupa.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
