Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver digital systems training courses to staff across the Trust, following structured lesson plans and schedules.

  • Adapt training delivery to meet the needs of a 24/7 organization, supporting project rollouts and fellow trainers.
  • Occasionally assist with IT equipment setup and liaise with the IT Helpdesk for software installations.
  • Support the creation of training manuals and help guides for Group-wide use.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials, including lesson plans, user guides, videos, and eLearning.
  • Lead face-to-face and virtual training sessions, providing floorwalking support.
  • Motivate and coach users across all levels, assess performance, and provide tailored feedback.
  • Plan and organize training sessions and inductions, maintain IT equipment, and ensure accurate data setup.
  • Contribute to policy development and promote best practices.

This nationally recognised qualification will equip you with advanced teaching and learning skills tailored to professional environments. In this role, youll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training materials - from lesson plans and user guides to videos and eLearning. Youll lead face-to-face and virtual sessions, provide floorwalking support, and ensure staff feel confident using Core Systems like Lorenzo, NHS eRS, SystmOne and Digital Dictation.
