Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and chair Initial Child Protection conferences, Review conferences, and Children Looked After Reviews.
  • Ensure high-quality minutes for conferences and child in need meetings, facilitating family contributions to decision-making.
  • Promote professional practice standards and ensure a multi-agency approach in safeguarding meetings.
  • Deputise for the Safeguarding Manager in safeguarding and child protection matters.
  • Assist in data collation and analysis from conference and review materials.
  • Maintain appropriate records and comply with administrative procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
