Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and chair Initial Child Protection conferences, Review conferences, and Children Looked After Reviews.
- Ensure high-quality minutes for conferences and child in need meetings, facilitating family contributions to decision-making.
- Promote professional practice standards and ensure a multi-agency approach in safeguarding meetings.
- Deputise for the Safeguarding Manager in safeguarding and child protection matters.
- Assist in data collation and analysis from conference and review materials.
- Maintain appropriate records and comply with administrative procedures.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Qualified Social Worker.
