Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on UK and EU GDPR compliance, including international data transfers.
• Support due diligence assessments on third-party vendors and contribute to data protection impact assessments.
• Provide guidance on HR-related data protection issues and training programs.
• Identify and address privacy compliance gaps during annual policy reviews.
• Collaborate with the global privacy legal team to incorporate compliance requirements from other jurisdictions.
• Participate in discussions with the global privacy steering committee.
• Support the firm's response to data subject requests and other compliance initiatives.

• Qualified solicitor (1-5 PQE) with experience in data protection and privacy matters.
