Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice on securitisation transactions across various asset classes.
  • Supporting other debt capital markets transactions, including covered bonds and structured products.
  • Collaborating with business areas to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
  • Engaging in strategic and regulatory projects related to DCM.
  • Contributing to central initiatives within the Legal & Secretariat function.

Key Skills:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a current practising certificate.
  • Ideally 4 years' PQE in securitisation, gained in private practice or in-house.
  • Experience in providing commercial legal advice and leading complex transactions.
  • Adaptability to engage in various DCM products and projects.
  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Salary (Rate): 135000
