Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice on securitisation transactions across various asset classes.
- Supporting other debt capital markets transactions, including covered bonds and structured products.
- Collaborating with business areas to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
- Engaging in strategic and regulatory projects related to DCM.
- Contributing to central initiatives within the Legal & Secretariat function.
Key Skills:
- A solicitor or equivalent with a current practising certificate.
- Ideally 4 years' PQE in securitisation, gained in private practice or in-house.
- Experience in providing commercial legal advice and leading complex transactions.
- Adaptability to engage in various DCM products and projects.
- Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
