Summary: The Business Banking Specialist at Starling Bank is responsible for providing dedicated customer service to Business Banking clients, focusing on sales, service, risk, and operational delivery. This hybrid role requires interaction with both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations while supporting SME customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimising existing relationships by delivering solutions, products, and services to meet customer needs.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with Business Banking clients.
- Seeking new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- Conducting proactive risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews.
- Supporting new and existing clients in their onboarding journeys with Starling.
- Providing end-to-end support for customers and resolving complex queries.
- Managing and resolving customer enquiries within agreed timescales.
- Being a subject matter expert in business banking and fintech movements.
- Understanding local business challenges and providing possible solutions.
- Advocating for Starling Bank and developing its profile in the community.
