Summary: An Implementation/Integration Consultant is sought to support the rollout of an IoT monitoring platform, focusing on integrating PagerDuty and Amazon Managed Grafana. The consultant will work closely with various teams to meet tight deadlines and contribute to platform automation. Experience in the communications service provider sector is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of PagerDuty with AMG to enable intelligent alerting and incident management.
  • Work closely with IoT Operations and Engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Take a hands-on approach to configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Contribute to the architecture and optimisation of the monitoring platform.
  • Recommend and implement automation opportunities to streamline alerts and response.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with PagerDuty and Amazon Managed Grafana (AMG).
  • Solid understanding of IoT platforms, alert management, and monitoring best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographically distributed teams.
  • Background in systems integration, with a keen eye for architecture and automation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Implementation/Integration Consultant to support a fast-paced IoT monitoring platform rollout, with a focus on PagerDuty and Amazon Managed Grafana (AMG) integration.

You'll play a key role in enhancing our client's alert management and monitoring capabilities, helping them meet tight go-live deadlines while contributing to platform automation and operational efficiency.

Project Overview:

Our client is in the process of implementing PagerDuty (SaaS) to complement their Amazon Managed Grafana (AMG) monitoring platform. They require an experienced contractor to provide hands-on support with integration, configuration, and operational readiness - ideally with knowledge of the communications service provider (CSP) sector.
