Summary: The Finance Transformation Consultant will engage in a 2–3 month project focused on designing and implementing a new Target Operating Model for a client following an acquisition. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying gaps, and developing a roadmap for integrating project management services for multinational clients. The consultant will play a key role in consolidating service lines to enhance service delivery and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive activities analysis across both organisations
- Review existing process documentation, including process flow diagrams and SOPs
- Lead workshops with enterprise accounts teams to understand reporting requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current capabilities and the desired state
- Design the Target Operating Model for finance and record-to-report processes
- Develop a roadmap for organisational transformation and implementation

Project Summary: This role is part of a major integration programme following an acquisition. The objective is to design and implement a new Target Operating Model that integrates project management services for global enterprise accounts, aligns organisational structures, and creates a unified approach to managing major multinational clients. The consultant will analyse current processes, identify capability gaps, design a seamless operating model, and develop a clear roadmap for delivery.
