A well-regarded organisation in the West Yorkshire region is seeking an experienced and proactive lawyer or legal professional to join their friendly team on a locum, part-time basis for 1-2 days a week.
Our client is looking for someone who can help them navigate the processes and complexities of obtaining passports and/or British citizenship for children in care. Obtaining passports and citizenship for children in care can be quite difficult and lengthy due to missing documentation and complex embassy requirements, which vary country to country.
This role would be well-suited to a lawyer or legal professional from a immigration law background. Our client is seeking someone who can work with the social care team and use their legal knowledge to resolve these cases, streamline processes, make applications and help to upskill the team in this area.
The role is expected to be for a minimum of 4 months and will require occasional office attendance in West Yorkshire on a hybrid basis.
With this being a part-time role for 1-2 days a week, it could be worked around other work or personal commitments.
