Summary: The Identity Management Consultant role focuses on managing user groups and access permissions to enhance security and streamline Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to design and implement security protocols, enforce data protection policies, and actively participate in IAM projects. Additionally, they will maintain documentation, review access control reports, and adapt IAM strategies to meet changing business requirements. The position requires extensive experience and a proactive approach to safeguarding organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage User Groups to simplify access management and streamline IAM policies.
  • Administer User Accounts and Access Permissions to ensure security against data breaches.
  • Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure appropriate access to resources.
  • Design and Implement Security Protocols using a risk-based approach.
  • Enforce Data Protection Policies and standards regarding identity and access management.
  • Participate actively in IAM projects and foster a culture of research and development.
  • Maintain Updated Documentation of the IAM system for compliance and audits.
  • Coordinate with various teams to understand access requirements and implement IAM solutions.
  • Review Access Control Reports to detect potential cyber threats.
  • Develop and Oversee a Disaster Recovery Plan aligned with business goals.
  • Adapt IAM to Changing Business Requirements based on market trends and customer expectations.
  • Assist IAM Analyst in conducting training sessions and stay updated with current trends.
