Summary: The HR Generalist/ER Advisor role at JAB Recruitment involves providing expert guidance on employee relations matters for an Oil and Gas Operator in Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist advice to management and employees on collective employee relations issues.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and procedures.
• Review and update existing employee relations policies/procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices.
• Develop new policies as needed, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with the PO network locally and globally to build awareness of policies and pending legislation.
• Support in the co-ordination of the UK Works Council to drive employee engagement.
• Keep abreast of changes in UK employment law and update the UK PO network.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed.

Key Skills:

• Strong HR knowledge (CIPD qualification or equivalent).
• Strong competence in Employee Relations.
• Experience in supporting offshore/operational teams in addition to onshore teams.
