Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner for management, providing expert advice, coaching, and support on all people-related issues.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact to provide guidance to employees as necessary.
  • Lead and participate in business projects with a people-related agenda from an HR perspective.
  • Partner with business functions to implement programs aligned with business strategy, including performance management and talent development.
  • Support the implementation of best practice HR initiatives, policies, and processes.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
  • Lead various HR projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Provide support to the HR Director and HR Operations Manager as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area; CIPD membership is desirable.
  • Significant experience in a HR Business Partner role in Northern Ireland.
  • Experience handling complex HR issues and leading change programs.
  • Strong understanding of how HR impacts business metrics.
  • Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong administration and organization skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and expertise in employee relations.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in managing change and transformation.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and technical aptitude in HR software.
