Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner for management, providing expert advice, coaching, and support on all people-related issues.
- Serve as a primary HR contact to provide guidance to employees as necessary.
- Lead and participate in business projects with a people-related agenda from an HR perspective.
- Partner with business functions to implement programs aligned with business strategy, including performance management and talent development.
- Support the implementation of best practice HR initiatives, policies, and processes.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law and company policy.
- Lead various HR projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
- Provide support to the HR Director and HR Operations Manager as needed.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area; CIPD membership is desirable.
- Significant experience in a HR Business Partner role in Northern Ireland.
- Experience handling complex HR issues and leading change programs.
- Strong understanding of how HR impacts business metrics.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong administration and organization skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and expertise in employee relations.
