Summary: The HR Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual responsible for managing HR enquiries in a standalone role within a shared services environment. This position requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of queries efficiently. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to ensure effective resolution of issues and contribute to process improvements in HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve HR-related enquiries from employees, escalating complex issues to HR Advisors when necessary.
- Efficiently manage the flow of HR enquiries, ensuring timely responses and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Work closely with HR Advisors and other departments to delegate unresolved issues appropriately, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services within the Shared Services framework.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
