Human Resources Business Partner Support

Summary: The role of HR Business Partner Support at Network Rail involves providing proactive HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans over a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive, professional HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans.
• Support Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, and performance planning.
• Assist in Organisation Change programmes through development and Implementation Phases.
• Offer project management support tracking, measuring, and communicating progress.
• Conduct research, reporting, analysis, and produce reports to support HR initiatives.
• Identify and develop solutions to continuously improve HR support to the business.

Key Skills:

• Previous HR experience in a large complex organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• IT literate, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge (ideally Oracle).
• CIPD (desirable).
