Summary: The role of HR Business Partner Support at Network Rail involves providing proactive HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans over a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, professional HR support to facilitate the delivery of HR and People plans.
- Support Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, and performance planning.
- Assist in Organisation Change programmes through development and Implementation Phases.
- Offer project management support tracking, measuring, and communicating progress.
- Conduct research, reporting, analysis, and produce reports to support HR initiatives.
- Identify and develop solutions to continuously improve HR support to the business.
Key Skills:
- Previous HR experience in a large complex organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT literate, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge (ideally Oracle).
- CIPD (desirable).
