Summary: The HR Business Partner role focuses on leading complex organizational changes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancy consultations within a respected financial services organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end restructure processes, including redundancy pooling and selection.
  • Providing expert support and insight on TUPE transitions to ensure compliance and minimal disruption.
  • Managing redundancy consultations and supporting affected employees with empathy and clarity.
  • Drafting settlement agreements and overseeing associated legal aspects.
  • Collaborating on business-wide transformation projects and complex employee relations matters.
  • Leveraging HR data to identify patterns and deliver meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with TUPE, restructures, and redundancies.
  • Robust understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • CIPD qualification is a strong plus.
