What’s the role? You’ll work closely with our execs and senior leaders, acting as a true strategic partner. You’ll help shape and deliver a people agenda that keeps pace with business priorities—think acquisitions, organisational change, operational efficiencies, and workforce transformation.

  • Embedding yourself in the business, acting as a trusted adviser and coach to leaders navigating growth and complexity
  • Leading and landing change—whether that’s transformation, acquisitions, or new ways of working
