Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a fixed-term position for 12 months, primarily covering sites in London, Surrey, and Bristol, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding and skills gap analysis
- Induction process
- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
- Colleague reviews
- Succession planning
- Improving and monitoring colleague productivity
- Analysing trends within HR metrics and implementing solutions
- Driving engagement, performance, and cultural development
- Performance management
- Managing colleague wellness initiatives
- Absence management
- Implementation of HR strategies that support the Group Business strategy
Key Skills:
- HR Degree qualified or CIPD qualified
- HRBP experience in the automotive sector preferred, but retail or similar fast-paced sectors considered
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
- Evidence of ‘Right to work in the UK’
- Collaborative team player
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business and HR acumen, including the ability to diagnose and analyse problems and drive appropriate solutions and business strategies
- Passionate about the HR service
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities
