Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an internal consultant focusing on key activities required by the Division.
• Manage and grow key relationships within the business and the wider HR Team.
• Proactively handle complex queries and support issues.
• Maintain visibility within the HR and wider business environment.
• Focus on continuous improvement and develop solutions to enhance processes.
• Collaborate across the Divisional team and/or People Services.
• Represent the People Services function and advocate for digital and self-service approaches.
• Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and coach the team to deliver customer-focused solutions.
