Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers and help them grow their skills and experience.
- Author project plans for epics and run agile project management processes.
- Provide guidance and coaching on technical contributions and product architecture.
- Maintain awareness of engineering processes and practices.
- Conduct code reviews and work on non-critical path bugs/features.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of technical stories in collaboration with scrum teams.
- Lead the team in story-based design, development, and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to all agile ceremonies to maintain high velocity.
- Support the team technically and culturally to achieve targets.
- Generate and implement process improvements.
- Hold regular 1:1s and provide clear feedback on individual performance.
- Foster technical decision-making within the team.

- Experience with Java microservices and API development.
