Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers and help them grow their skills and experience.
• Author project plans for epics and run agile project management processes.
• Provide guidance and coaching on technical contributions and product architecture.
• Maintain awareness of engineering processes and practices.
• Conduct code reviews and work on non-critical path bugs/features.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of technical stories in collaboration with scrum teams.
• Lead the team in story-based design, development, and adherence to coding standards.
• Contribute to all agile ceremonies to maintain high velocity.
• Support the team technically and culturally to achieve targets.
• Generate and implement process improvements.
• Hold regular 1:1s and provide clear feedback on individual performance.
• Foster technical decision-making within the team.

Key Skills:

• Strong familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Integration & Delivery.
• Experience with Java microservices and API development.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to delivery discussions.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teams.
• Technical credibility and background in software development.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
