Summary: The HR Assistant will support the UK HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, collaborating closely with HR management and senior colleagues. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings, and providing support for HR processes such as onboarding and payroll. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UK Head of HR and Divisional Head of Social Policy and Industrial Relations with meeting organization, diary management, and general administration.
- Provide HR administrative, operational, and project support to the wider UK HR team.
- Assist with onboarding, induction, exit, and overseas deployment processes.
- Conduct day-to-day time, attendance, and payroll support activities.
- Support Disciplinary & Grievance processes as required.
- Organize visitors to the site, room bookings, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in creating and running HR events & processes.
- Manage ad hoc data tasks, including file archiving and data analysis.
- Take minutes and notes for various HR meetings.

- Self-motivated and capable of interfacing with people at all levels.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (GMail, G-documents, G-sheets, G-slides) is desirable.
