Summary: A global law firm in London is seeking an HRIS Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate primarily the People systems to identify points of improvement
  • Implement HRIS process improvements and policy changes
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert
  • Work with HR and IT to maintain and improve the People systems' efficiency
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications
  • Work with HR to create a reporting suite to drive analytics-based decision making
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches
  • Provide production support, including researching and resolving HR system problems
  • Conduct training whilst also providing guidelines and documentation
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years' experience of Workday (HR Systems)
  • Experience in data analytical and data visualization tools, Power BI/Power Query
  • Knowledge/Experience with SQL or PL/SQL
  • Creation/configuration of reports and data analysis

Salary (Rate): £55,000 yearly

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Evaluate primarily the People systems to identify points of improvement
Implement HRIS process improvements and policy changes
