Key Responsibilities:
- Review and define HR Services and Payroll offerings, including policies, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Deliver key HR change projects to support business transformation and growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement new systems, policies, and ways of working.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement during periods of change.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in HR Services, Operations, or Shared Services roles.
- Experience delivering HR change projects and driving operational improvements.
- Solid understanding of payroll operations through an outsourced provider.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations (ER) and policy creation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
