Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and define HR Services and Payroll offerings, including policies, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Deliver key HR change projects to support business transformation and growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement new systems, policies, and ways of working.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement during periods of change.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR Services, Operations, or Shared Services roles.
  • Experience delivering HR change projects and driving operational improvements.
  • Solid understanding of payroll operations through an outsourced provider.
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations (ER) and policy creation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
