Summary: The HR - Rewards & Compensation Analyst role involves providing specialized expertise in reward policies, compensation, and benefits within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will lead the Reward vertical of HR Transformation and manage various reward projects, ensuring continuous improvement in procedures. This position requires a strong background in HR system transformation and excellent interpersonal skills. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a focus on employee growth and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert Compensation, Benefits and Mobility consulting advice and guidance.
  • Develop knowledge, capability and understanding of reward policies and procedures within the HR team.
  • Ensure continuous improvement, development and enhancement of current Compensation, Benefits and Mobility procedures.
  • Manage specific ad-hoc Reward projects in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead the Reward vertical of HR Transformation as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Work in partnership with the reward team for successful implementation of processes associated with Compensation, Benefits and Mobility policies.

Key Skills:

  • Graduate degree preferably with a CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
  • 10-12 years of work experience delivering Reward/ HR system transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Numerate and computer literate.
  • Fluency in English language.

Salary (Rate): 350
