Summary: The Lead UX/Product Designer will play a pivotal role in an award-winning digital design agency, focusing on creating user-centered digital products within the financial services or fintech sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the UX vision, ensuring consistency and usability across all digital products.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Develop user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to enhance usability and engagement.
• Align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints, balancing user needs with scalability and feasibility.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful product experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze data, and iterate on designs to continuously improve product performance.
