Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex casework including disputes, grievances, absence, and redundancies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Champion learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage critical HR projects that support strategic goals and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure accurate HR data management, budget oversight, and legal compliance.
- Build the HR brand through collaboration on cross-functional projects.
