Summary: The HR Operating Model Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in the delivery phase of a global HR transformation programme for a market-leading organization. This position involves implementing a new HR operating model, managing stakeholder engagement, and facilitating change within teams. The role requires a hands-on transformation leader with extensive experience in HR operating model change and shared service models. The contract is for nine months with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the new HR operating model.
