Job Summary As a HR officer in the Strategic Resourcing team, you deliver a customer-focused, professional recruitment service to all Crown Prosecution Service colleagues - whilst continuously improving internal recruitment processes based on evaluation and data. You provide quality recruitment advice and support to job sponsors, applicants, potential candidates, Strategic Resourcing team members, and the wider organisation. You contribute to the implementation of various resourcing initiatives and specific recruitment campaigns within agreed timescales, budgets, and standards to support the delivery of the organisation’s business objectives. In everything you do, you adhere to the Civil Service Commission recruitment principles and champion best practice customer service and Crown Prosecution Service values. Some of the tasks you work on include hosting job sponsor conversations with hiring managers, supporting with creating job adverts, and managing recruitment campaigns across the organisation for a range of roles across all our professions. Some of the posts on offer involve managing the onboarding of people into the organisation. You develop inclusive and attractive recruitment campaigns that incorporate the Crown Prosecution Service brand and employer value proposition, whilst meeting resourcing needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including People Function colleagues, area business managers, and external agencies, is crucial. Line management is part of your role, and you support customers and colleagues in fostering an organisation where people feel valued and supported. The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales. There’s no guarantee that we will grant this approval. You must be aged 16 before starting in this role. The start date is expected to be 8-12 weeks after the application deadline.
