Summary: The HR Performance Manager will lead the redesign and implementation of a firmwide performance management process within a legal firm. This role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture while integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging into the framework. The position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance strategy and business consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and delivery of a refreshed firmwide performance management process.
- Collaborate with HRBP team and senior leaders to align with business requirements.
- Work with the Learning & Development team on goal setting and performance feedback initiatives.
- Test and refine new approaches to performance ratings and feedback.
- Partner with the Workday team on the performance process design and delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for changes.
- Integrate DEIB and wellbeing into the performance management framework.
- Manage communications and collateral for performance management processes.
- Handle deliverables management, including milestone planning and success measurements.
