Programme Director- Cyber

Summary: The Programme Director- Cyber role involves managing a multi-workstream Cyber programme for a client in Worcestershire on a contract basis. The position requires experience in high-pressure environments and delivering complex programmes, with a focus on programme management rather than deep cyber expertise. The role is hybrid, necessitating some on-site presence in Worcestershire. The contract is initially for six months and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of a multi-workstream Cyber programme.
• Oversee complex, interdependent workstreams within the programme.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
• Adapt to fast-paced and unstructured environments typical in retail.
• Utilize experience in data, disaster recovery, technology response, and crisis communication.

• Proven experience as a Programme Director/Manager.
