We are looking for an interim Senior Manager to join their growing HR M&A Consulting team. Playing a key part in the delivery, you’ll coordinate HR separation and integration workstreams, working alongside Directors and Partners to deliver high-profile projects across all sectors
The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring successful execution of projects spanning TSA set-ups, carve-outs, org design, change and communications, restructuring, and cost optimisation. With exposure to both private equity and corporate transactions, you’ll gain hands-on experience in some of the most exciting deals in the market.
