  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate raw data into meaningful insights through charts, summaries, and commentary.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Provide data summaries to assist sales managers and other stakeholders in decision-making.

  • Interest in working within a technical or commercial environment, such as HVAC or engineering services (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) or business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
